Recently my family members have become interested in Warsaw's housing market. They noticed that prices of flats are increasing. We all came to conclusion that it's hard for many young people to repay the loan, even if their flat is not that big. This is probably caused by the influx of people who travel to Warsaw in search of work. Renting a flat is also expensive these days. What came to my mind is that the government ought to take care of the issue because someone with an average salary may face difficulties when trying to find a roof over the head.
